We are looking for motivated, committed female working professionals with at least 3-5 years working experience who are excited to develop and support the female leaders of tomorrow.
Our support does not end with the matching, We will onboard you before your first kickoff meeting, share with you self-reflection exercises of your mentee, and support you with useful resources about mentoring and specific templates and exercises to share with your mentee.

Are you a female working professional who wants to support and develop young leaders? Apply and fill out our survey in order for us to get to know you, your background, and interests, so we can find a mentee with whom you click.

We will match you with the best mentee who fits your journey so far. Thanks to our matching algorithm, we will make sure that you will start off your relationship on common ground - building up trust almost immediately.
We will support you along the way
Our support does not end with the matching. We will onboard you before your first kickoff meeting and support you with useful resources about mentoring and specific templates and exercises to share with your mentee.
We encourage you to build your network and get to know the other mentors and mentees
On our platform you will have the chance to broaden your network and connect with all the other mentors and mentees. With time, we will offer talks, events, peer coaching among mentors, and other great bonding activities.
